ALL items listed below need to be turned in before we change listing to Pending on MLS:
1) The offer MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT.
2) All Disclosures attached to the MLS listing including but not limited to Sellers Disclosure, HOA Disclosure, and Parties, the sale as well as all FHA/VA addendums if applicable.
3) Proof of Funds for cash deal or DU-approval by lender for financing offers.
4) Property will not go pending in MLS until fully executed documents are received.
